Hotel is far from riverfront and caters to Chinese patrons. Breakfast is provided but it is a Chinese meal. Hotel a/c barely works and it sits too close to the road.

This hotel caters for Chinese tourists looking for bargin 2-3 star accommodation in Phnom Penh. Even though it is relatively cheap, it is overpriced for the quality of accommodation and food supplied. The Cambodian staff work very hard under strained conditions. There is better value to be had elsewhere.
