-Check In & Check out at the counter very slow,have to be patient and wait.
-No complimentary of mineral water in the room,have to charge RM3 per bottle.
-Room maintainace service poor,have to call few times to remind.
-Luggage storage service charged RM1 for each luggage,applied to in house guest too.
-Room with or without breakfast is same rate!
All about money,money,money....!!!

If they get a chef to provide a decent international breakfast it might be good instead of just fair.
