I was astounded when asked for a 50myr deposit to make a 10 sent phone call, which the hotel was going to charge me 80 sents. I crossed the road and made my call from public call box for 10 sents. The room was very small, and drinking water had to be obtained from another floor. overall I have to say that this hotel will not be used by me again

Friendly staff value for money,very quiet ,good breakfast,room stale smell but clean bathroom very small but clean,would stay there again.

I have booked a room for 4 peoples and I saw from the website there are 4 beds but the reception said the family room have only 3 beds and 3 pax of breakfast. Finally , I have got 3 beds and 4 pax of breakfast

Reception being renovated as of April 2008; may have been very nice in the past and may be very nice in the future, but is currently pretty much a very unimpressive building site.

Value for money,I mean at discount offer price. I killed 4 bugs outside bathroom area during my two nights stay.

I have found the hotel to be excellent, both for location and service.
