It is a cheap and good 3* hotel very close to Puduraya bus station and railway station that is an added advantage. You should add few Indian Veg. dishes and indian chappaties in your dinner, it will be appreciated. Thanks

The location is very convenience which is right in the middle of Chinatown. Food and bargain are right outside the hotel east entrance.
The rooms in the West Wing are newly renovated and are very small. Luggage stand was not available, without a proper table, luggage will probably end up on the floor.
From what was gathered, the new (west) wing should have 3 types of rooms: Suite, Delux (with windows), Superior(without windows).
The laminate flooring feel clean but under the bed is very dusty, seem like it is not being clean for months or the house keeping just swept under the bed.
Rain type shower head is great. The shower curtain could be reposition or have a longer type to reduce water splashing.
Boiled water from the kettle taste fresh.
Breakfast spread is standard : bread, bake bean, sausage, eggs, fruit, coffee/tea, 1 or 2 local speciality, etc.
Overall, the hotel location is very good.

Centre of the town; easy to assess the areas of the triangle and other facilities. Hasel free; reliable booking by latestays. However, I did not know until after booking that there is no car park in the hotel; it would be inconvenient for those driving in. I had to pay MR60 for a car parking at the opposite building!

Hotel was under renovation but still ok. 2 different building not connected well troublesome to come out of hotel. Few staff were helpful but overall approach was horrible. Staff is not aware of hotel industry process & handling customers.

Facilities at the room were not good. Toilets at this room, cannot flush out. Me and my aunty had regreted to have choosen this hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in Chinatown such as Malaya, Ancasa, Maridian, etc. But never had such a bad experience.

Hotel was alright, service was prompt. Air Con was not cold enough and it was warm in the day. Woke up with some insect bites on my body. Buffet breakfast is good, value for money. Location was great and lots of convenient stores and food stalls around. Hotel is bit old but its still commands respect like old people do.
