At first it looks that the hotel has all the necessary facilities. But in fact, the builing is old and the facilities (like bathroom) are in need of a thorough renowation. The location is not bad, but not as convenient as the hotels on Bukit Bintang street (i.e. crossing the road is troublesome). The breakfast is good while the hotel personel are not much attentive and helpful. With the same budget you can find other hotels with better service, location, and conditions.

Easy excess to shopping malls and taxi and bus stands.
The only problem is that there are no lift from the car park to the hotel lobby.
For the elderly people it is a bit difficult to climb up from hotel car park to the lobby.

The Urban Chic room was exactly that; urban and chic. The interior was modern and cool. The sheets were wonderfully crisp and clean and everything was comfortable and in good working order. Loved the broadband internet access!The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the shopping areas.

Hotel seems like operating so called "Own Limo Services" but without Hotel Logo at all, ie might be TAXI SAPU Limo Service. Hotel Limo is very run down and I was curious too if it involve in road traffic accident will it affect customers insurance claim later.

Superb service. The staff were more than helpful at all times. The friendliness of the staff made my stay a great one! Very comfortable....

Have to wait for one hour before allowed to check-in. Swimming pool is too small. Breakfast is ok.

We had a very comfortable stay here. WIthin walking distance to several KL attractions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job. It is particularly pleasant to return to a clean room at the end of the day, with your personal items all arranged neatly.
