I stayed here for 2 nights n i think i made a very wise decision although it is a bit costly but its my honeymoon n i had a nightmare experience with 1 other cheap hotel in Bukit bintang one nite before, the hotel location is excellent, Hotel Rooms were quite clean, bathrooms are nice n big, good view to Menara tower from upper floors, 2 min walk to a 24hr cheaper halal restaurant and 5min walk to Puduraya Bus station (where u can get bus to gentings, Airport, singapore etc) Must recommended for Honeymoon

The hotel front office staff was taking their own sweet time to attend to guests. When i reach the hotel together with my lil son and a couple of girlfriends, none of the concierge or hotel staff offered to help us even after watching us carrying several big luggage bags and were having slight difficulty to open the heavy main door. Later that evening i made an enquiry at the frontdesk but was made to wait for more than 15 mins and was eventually attended to by one of the staff who gave a very reluctant and unhappy facial expression. My queries were answered very curtly.

Great hotel with great services. Great location, walking distance to both Chinatown and shopping malls in Bukit Bintang.

Very good location in Bukit Bintang which has at least 2 big shopping plazas. Near little india and china town. Had a non smoking room (deluxe) which was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was ok. 228MYR for 2 persons. Can be highly recommended for that price.

Swiss Garden is in an excellent location to get to places of interest. The desk staff are very cordial.

The hotel is definitely value for money and the staffs are very welcoming and helpful. However, the complementary breakfast was lousy. There were not enough selection and definitely not tasty. However, the services and hospitality was commendable.
