Rooms are fairly good after upgrading but air condtion was bad in the room we stayed. Requested for change of room but have to wait for next day. However, no follow-ip was done & have to wait for anoher hour for room to be cleaned up though previous guest had checked out long ago....much more to improve on their customer service.

We booked a twin and a triple room and when we turned up we had been booked into two doubles, they dont even have triple rooms in the hotel. They tried to charge us for an extra fold up bed or suggest that we all sleep in the two double beds, 5 adults!!
The staff were not helpful and the hotel was fully booked so we moved to another hotel.

Hotel was good but the services were poor. The bell boy and the taxi were working together to rip off hotel guest (trip to mid-valley quoted at RM40.00 instead of usual RM20.00 and RM7.00 if you hail just outside)

The Swiss Garden is a luxury hotel which has withstood time. The deluxe rooms are a little small. However the gym,spa are very good. The breakfast was expansive and sumptous. We had a god time here and were close to the busy BUKIT BINTANG shopping area.

Two separate beds, and room was not clean and small and not as on the photo. Booked another hotel and the stay there was fine.

Not as clean as I had hoped. I requested a non-smoking room but it was apparent that a previous guest had been smoking in my room. Front desk said that they would send someone with air-freshener but no such luck. Also, if you are staying in a room on the front side of the hotel, there is a cross-walk on the street below that beeps constantly 24-7.

We booked two rooms. The flush in one of the rooms was not in working order. The other room, a supposedly non-smoking room was most clearly not. Until a different person intervened, the man at the front desk would only subsitute it with a room on a smoking floor. The other person did upgrade us and the stay was then pleasant enough. You can easily give the buffet breakfast a miss though!

A nice modern hotel with all the regular conveniences. Location was great very close to Bintang Walk without being right in the middle of all the hussle and bussle. Unfortunately room smelled of cigarette smoke and we couldnt get the smell out. Very disappointing for an otherwise nice room. Staff are average, not rude but not the most welcoming either.
