Like the hotel, my second time there. This time took the suite, but not a wise choice. Should have take two separate bedroom but ajoining. Toilet in one of the bedroom, thus, no privacy. Everyone who wants to use the bathroom (including in the middle of the night) have to knock on our bedroom to use the toilet.

Very pleased with the room facilities. Modern and comfortable with flat screen wall mounted TV. The service was very good. All in all and excellent location close to all the major shopping centres. Business Centre internet was expensive, and could not use SKYPE to make calls.

Very nice place for short retreat with your partner,family or friends. Very convenient. Walking distance to many shopping malls, especially Berjaya Times Square.

There is now twin bed as i book through Asia WebDirect. My wife is extremely unhappy about having 2 single bed in room!!Besides that,The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. When i request an urgent help to print my flight eticket, the staff claim the business centre is closed and nothing they can do. That is really sad thing

Clean, modern, good location, friendly helpful and efficient service. Pool was bigger than what it looked in the photos, gym was also good.

Very nice interior for the rooms, friendly service staff and within walking distance to Bintang Walk despite seemingly far on maps shown.
