Upgraded since last visit in 2006 resulting in a price hike. Room was small and a bit dark however the upgraded F & B outlets were a big improvement. Delays at check-in and check-out were a bit annoying ; a simple "Sorry for keeping you waiting" would have gone down well. Would definitely recommend as location is excellent.

i arrived at 3:30am and was given a room at 7am without extra cost despite checking in was at 12noon, quite an unexpected good service, would stay there again if i were to go KL

I stayed in a family room which was quite spacious for a family of four. Good location near Bukit Bintag and very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. Airport transportation was a bit expensive by the hotel so I used public taxi for airport.

Breakfast buffet was good but a little on the repetitive side. The quality of the rooms was good. The complimentary spa was very relaxing. Fitness centre was sufficient. Be careful of the taxi drivers and transportation service even offered by the hotel, the rates are higher than what they should be.

only put one sheet on bed, said they change duvet covers daily. In 5 nights it was turned over once, never changed. Half the time towels were removed and not or partially replaced.

You may try to offer to all your customers with Free internet connection (Wi-Fi)
because it is available very cheap across globe.But you are charging very very high.

Like the hotel, my second time there. This time took the suite, but not a wise choice. Should have take two separate bedroom but ajoining. Toilet in one of the bedroom, thus, no privacy. Everyone who wants to use the bathroom (including in the middle of the night) have to knock on our bedroom to use the toilet.

Very pleased with the room facilities. Modern and comfortable with flat screen wall mounted TV. The service was very good. All in all and excellent location close to all the major shopping centres. Business Centre internet was expensive, and could not use SKYPE to make calls.
