Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Excellent location for leisure as it is nearby Sunway Lagoon Theme Parks and surrounding pubs, cafes and bistros.

THIS WAS MY FIRST STAY AT SUNWAY HOTEL AND HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. ESPECIALLY THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION AND OTHER AREAS WERE VERY GOOD. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY OTHER FRIENDS.

Staffs at Reception and Taxi Services are poor in knowledge about the facitilities of Hotel. Staffs at Reception is inefficient.

NOT VERY PLEASANT AS THE FIRE ALARM TRIGGERED AT 2.40AM AND I CALLED GUEST SERVICE TO CHECK BUT NO ONE CAN TELL US WHY THE ALARM WENT OFF.
WE GOT WORRY AS IT MAY BE FIRE SOMEWHERE OUR FLOOR. AND AT 3AM THERE WERE BIG NOISE BESIDE OUR ROOM, APPARENTLY THERE ARE GARBAGE TRUCKS DOING THERE ROUNTINE WORK AT SUCH EARLY IN THE MORNING, A LOT OF NOISE NEAR SURROUNDING OF OUR ROOM THAT WE CAN SLEEP WELL.
wILL NOT STAY AT THE PYRAMID TOWER AGAIN. OTHER THAN THAT THE LOCATION AND FACILITIES ARE JUST PERFECT. WILL STAY AT THE RESORT IF WE DO GO TO SUNWAY FOR HOLIDAYS.

Avoid taking rooms that are facing the adjacent hotel (Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa). There is a night club between these two hotels and the music coming out from the club is really loud and you can hear it from within room. Tarnished an otherwise pleasant stay at the Pyramid Tower Hotel.

it was a bit nice , clean room setting and location , however the standerd rooms are quite small in size and the hotel charge too much for local phone calls.

Should provide more info about the really mega & spacious shopping centre. A must visit, if you are going to KL/PJ
