The room was alittle run down but the service we received from the hotel staff makes up for it. The breakfast buffet spread was quite limited. Same for the seating. Excellent location. Overall we had a great stay in Sunway Hotel.

1. Friendly staffs.
2. Foreigner staffs we encountered not well verse in English or Malay.
3. The fernitures look worn out.
4. Dirty carpet.

The corridor looks old and dirty. Carpet outside room looks dull and dirty. The same goes for the wall paper at the corridor. However, the room is pretty good. Nice and clean.

Sunway Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Only stayed for 2 nights as I was moving on but would definitely have stayed longer. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good with decent food for reasonable prices. The staff were polite and helpful. Good location, a few minutes walk from KOMTAR. Will definitely consider this hotel again if I return to Georgetown.

We were rejected by hotel to extend 1 nite , so we must move to other hotel, this circumtences made us very busy to find another hotel and move all our belongings.

THIS HOTEL ROOM ONLY TWO STAR SINCE IT IS TOO OLD, BUT THE SWIMMING POOL IS EXCELLENT, BREAKFAST IS GOOD, STAFF ARE VERY HELPFULL, THEY ALSO PROIVE NEWSPAPER EVERYDAY..

We requested for 2 connecting rooms but did not get them. Also we wanted queen size bed but was given 2 singles instead.
