The reception staff at the hotel were very dissapointing. They were neither friendly or accomodating. I was ashamed at their lack of hospitality because i was expecting better. Their customer service was dissapointing

Good value for money. But They could use more energy with cleaning all around.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was exellent and the staff were very friendly and polite, good situation by dolphin round about, nice pool and gardens to relax in.
