The staff are very rude and the manager wanted to charge me for breakfast for not bringing my breakfast coupon ............he said that he would normally charge any guest who did not bring that slip of paper,,even though breakfast was part of the deal ...........they are very partial to their caucasian guests.....i would not reccomend any Indian to stay there

Picturesque tropical gardens with privacy to all villas. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service was good. Clean rooms, nice and laxuary cotages. There is a cute pool since you can not bathe or swim the beach in front of hotel. So it is nice and quiet but if you want to hang out on the beach you can walk just a few minutes to get other side of peninsula. Good for young, old couples and also families. Food was not too good. it is very reasonable price and some of them are very good. They offerd us welcome drinks and fruits. There is a little massage place but it is not gorgeous. If you want to try it, you just go other side of the peninsula on foot. The hotel peoples are very kind and warm.
You wiil be very happy in this hotel.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Wonderful restaurant. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Location was easily accessible to everything.

The water in the showers/bath needs to be warmer. It was barely warmer than room tempeture. Other that that the rooms were very nice, particularly ours which overlooked the pool. The service at the restaurant was also excellent.

Overall very pleased. Just disappointed that they could not give me two Tropical Villa Plus rooms for any of the 4 days we stayed there, especially as there were very few people at the hotel.
