Location is fantastic as you may tuck-in cheap local mama breakfast and later move on to luxury shopping. The hotel may just need to be more thorough in room cleaning as some rooms may look a bit old.

the hotel room was a little small than i expected, but the people were really great :-) they were always on-hand in helping me out with stuff that i needed !

a budget hotel just beside sunway shopping mall, theme park and pool
room is clean but housekeeping did not clean up ur room unless u told them to do it

The rooms are extremely basic, there was no kettle to make hot drinks. There was no separate shower stall in the bathroom, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when one person showers. The bed was creaky and provided no spinal support. I spent about 15 minutes in the room, then decided to leave as the room was in such poor condition. Apart from that, renovation was going on, which we did not know about until arrival. It was dusty, smelly and unpleasant.

The staff were friendly and check-in/out was relatively speedy and easy. However, there leaves much to be desired about the people who cleaned the room. I initially did not want my room to be cleaned for the first few days, but when I returned on the second day, the "Do Not Disturb" sign went missing, and only resurfaced on my last night. Also, I found a cockroach crawling around my belongings, and the stuff I had discarded into the trash bin provided in the room not cleared when they came to clean the room.
Overall I was satisfied with my stay at this price, and would probably visit again should I ever be in town.
