The hotel was ok, we first stayed at the standard rooms they were quite nice and very big but our floor was not clean it has coffee or something spelt on the floor. Also the beds are very hard like cardboard hard. The pictures of what they show in the room a what you get which is pretty nice but the pictures of the out side of the hotel are not as big as what they seem its probally half the size, but the main thing what i was concerned about was the rooms. The main thing that annoyed me is that the service especially at the front receiption was not that friendly, when you would call from your room to reception they hang up, and quite a few times too. the last 3 nights we stayed in deluxe room and that was quite nice but still the beds are very hard. The tv has only 15 channels all though they have a good selection of movies down stairs. The location is good very close to beach. Over all the its OK just the staff wasnt that friendly and that turned me off.

We specifically requested two rooms both with a double bed. Although I was aware that this may not have been possible nothing was mentioned to us when we arrived. We did request another room (pool access, double bed) but it was not going to be available at all during our stay. This was disapointing.

- Hotel decor sheets/sofa covers were stained, but overall room was relatively clean.
- Although I requested a wake-up call, there was no record or call. Service otherwise was OK.
- Food at breakfast buffet was OK.

Close to the beach.
Nice, big and calm rooms.
Very cheap Mini Bar prices.
All in all absolutly positive

Great botique hotel. Great value for money...The only thing I can critisise is the morning coffee...but there is a coffee shop just around the corner to get GREAT coffee anyway

We arrived at the hotel and put us in a double room instead of a twin, this was not suitable so put a camp bed in the room. Management very un co-operative made us change rooms three times during our stay. Customer service was very poor.
