I was very pleased with the hotel facility and the service by the staff. They went out of their way to respond to my requests and were very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will return there whenever I go to Siem Reap.

Hotel was in a great location; easy walk to the market and pub street. Staff was very friendly and responsive although their proficency in English varies from good to non-existent. Sometimes explaining things has to wait until a knowledgeable person shows up. The internet was not working for about a day, but when I asked they sent some on to my room with a cable which was not the problem. The next day I asked about it and the fellow at the desk said oh yes their ISP was down.
Basically the hotel was fine for the money with well equiped rooms and a nice breakfast and good pool. I would stay here again.
