if you want a really cheap place to stay this is for you however the rooms are nothing what they show on the internet, everything costs more money than advertised, they say the rooms have air conditioning, only the bedroom does, you have to pay extra to be allowed to turn the air condition on in the lounge room/dinning room. they advertise that you get pay tv included, this is not the case either. pool closes early, as soon as we got there we were disapointed in the room, didnt even have a blanket on the bed and everything was run down and old, fridge bairly worked, we put our bags down went to leave the room and the door had broken and couldnt get out, service did come and let us out in about 15mins.

This hotel is in a fantastic position and when built would have been very good. Some of the rooms are now rundown. Kitchens and Bathrooms need a revamp. But for value for money it was good. The apartments are large and we found it comfortable and met our needs.

The pricing are good. But, the hotel management should open a coffee shop or restaurant within hotel for tenants convinience. The current restaurant "Alladdin" looks very islamic. It does not attract non-muslims to visit the place.

The hotel gives 4 mug in the house. On the very 1st day one mug was broken. Once i was cheching out, they said two mug was broken. Possibly the inhouse keepers were trying to cover up the earlier broken mug. I at all did not liked it

The staff were absoloutely delightful and the pool was nice and new. The views from the hotel were excellent and the apartments were an excellent size. The bathrooms were a slight let down as the water only heated to warm. The mattresses were really hard. The rooms were serviced each day. The pool was new and always clean. The location was awesome, there was a bus stop opposite the hotel to go to Georgetown for RM1.50 and it was a two minute walk to the Batu Ferringhi night market and beaches. I woudl stay here again, although the matresses were very uncomfortable but tge pros definitely outweigh the cons

I would never stay in his hotel or recommend it to anyone. I was appalled at the poor service and blatant dishonesty of the personnel. It is fraudulent to refuse to refund guests despite blatant lack of service and inconvenience.

Hotel very basic, noisy because of renovation work going on. Kitchen worktops not cleaned until we asked. Lost key to safe and had to pay 375.Malay.money even though we said we were pensioners. They wanted 5ooMalaysianMoney.
