The Housekeeping Staff were good . The Reception Staff were fair while the Staff at the restaurant were not friendly and helpful at all. Very seldom we could see their smiling faces.

The hotel is locaded good in Karon, next to the beach. The ekstra money for deluxe rooms is good spend.
