very nicely appointed apartments with dvd player, free wifi, conservative yet nice deco. comfortable. the bathrooms could be updated but are nonetheless very nice. good location (next to sukhothai, metropolitan, banyan tree, etc) a 5 minutes walk to silom via convent road and a 10 minutes cab ride to the department stores (siam, gaysorn, etc). good front desk. taxis are always on call and available within minutes.

Good place to stay if staying with a complete family in the top floors,and the three or two bedroom executive floors .its much peaceful there and with a beautiful balcony....

Pleasant place and while it maybe alittle far from the action, taxis are cheap. Also, I like the fact that there are hawkers around the vicinity so that you can have some cheap food.

It is a very nice hotel with a good variety of bfast items, rooms are huge and clean. Definately value for money. The street is a dead town at night but all the night life is just a 10-15mins taxi ride away. It is best that you have the name card of the hotel in thai as most taxi driver are not familiar with the hotel and location.

Value for money, clean, spacious and looks new. Good location, along the business district. Hotel cards printed with Thai name and address, makes it very easy to get a taxi back to apartment.

Somerset Suanplu is right next to everything you probably want to get to. The services are great at the hotel from the swimming pool through to free wireless in the pool and reception areas. I have lived there for 14 months previously and since the hotel has been taken over by Ascott the hotel has just got better and better. We always use it as our base when travelling around or through Bangkok
