Great Hotel. The complimentary Tuktuk service is excellent.
Fantastic value for money and good location.
I will certainly go back again.

This is the worse soi to stay in. it is not by the main sukhunvit road and requires a big detour to go to the main sukhunvit road.The tuk tuk service was always not avaliable or had a waiting time of 10-15 minutes, we ended up cabbing most of the way. Also, we paid more for a 2 room executive but the hall and master bed room faced a construction site which was both noisy and an eye soil

The hotel is nice for long stays, the only problem is the location which can be a 10-20 min walk to main streets & BTS stations, the staff is friendly and accomidating, tuk-tuks that the hotel managed would take less than 5 min to pick up. Location was my biggest dissapointment but the view of the lake and city made up for it

The receptionist in our tower was very pleasant and efficient. She was also very helpful with information about restaurant options in the vicinity of the hotel. The Bellboy also comes in for special mention as he was very helpful in helping us to get to our next destination. He went beyond what I would normally expect in this situation. The rooms were very spacious, clean and with a beautiful view. We were very sorry that we were only staying one night here. I would be happy to stay here for a longer period next time!
