old style hotel far enough away from the hustle and bustle of down town Bangkok, but close enough by taxi, MRT or sky train. Dynastty Club upgrade very worthwhile.

Extensive range of restaurants, great gym and okay pool. Not much to see or do around the hotel but access to tour options and very comfortable if local tourism is not a top priority.

How wonderful my stay was at Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok. Very comfortable. Good food, good view from window, and good hospitality and good swiming pool. By the way, the charge for web-site connection 780 Bahts per 24 hours was quite expensive. Hopefilly you should reduce it to a reasonablly international level. Iy you achieve it, it would be almost perfect. Thank you.

GOOD STAFF. ALWAYA AT HAND TO PROVIDE SERVICE. PRETTY GD LOCATION, CAN WALK TO THE MRT STATION (10 MINUTES). A DECENT SHOPPING CENTRE NEARBY. FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TAILOR CLOTHES, THERE IS AN EXCELLENT TAILOR AT THE MEZZANINE LEVEL (QUITE CHEAP TOO)
