The hotel and its rooms are very nicely decorated respectively furnished. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was very poor in terms of furnishing/decoration, however, breakfast was abundant, the choice was diverse and excellent.

The staff was great and hotel was clean and in excellent condition. Communication was a problem at times
but thanks to Nui(Sino House) we were able to take care of things. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The breakfast contained something for everyone and was well thought out for its variety of customers from different nations. If I have the chance I will definitely return.

The Sino House is a good value for money hotel, only the breakfast was quite poor. Try the spa enclosed to the hotel - as hotel guest you get 50% discount. And they offer really a very good quality.

Very handy to vibrant Old Phuket Town centre and also to great heratage walk with interesting period achitecture and specialist shops.
Very friendly and helpful reception and clean and functional suites.

Overall a great hotel! Staff were very friendly, and the rooms large and clean. Free morning breakfast on the roof was very tasty. The location is about a 10 min walk to "downtown" Phuket Town. The surrounding area is very local, a huge difference from Patong beach.
