The hotel was advertised as being close to Suvarnabhumi airport. The taxi took about 40 minutes to get there at 17.00hrs.

This hotel is not really "airport" location, approx 30mins from airport. Its a new hotel and the taxi drivers do not know where it is! Great rooms, good service, quiet location but definitely not walking distance to any shops etc. Good for overnight accommodation between flights etc but too far out of the city for long-term stays.

The room we had was clean, big and tastefully renovated. It is as good as any 4 star hotel, in fact, better than some of them. If I need to stay near the airport, I will certainly use the hotel. As I understood, the hotel had a different name, renovated 5 months ago and is as good as new.

I wanted to stay near the airport to catch an early morning flight. But this hotel is too far away from the airport to be useful. It is situated in an area with no restaurants. The hotel does not really offer food either. While the hotel advertises itself with Thai flavor, the rooms do not have any Thai design. It is perhaps better staying in the city proper; with the new expresslane, one can always reach the airport in time.

Excellent Hotel with fantastic staff and service. Rooms were well above the quality expected for the price. Was a bit hard for the taxi to find the first time.

Hotel is located around 15 minutes from the new airport.
Hotel was very hard to find: the taxi driver had to make several u-turns before finding the side street.
Location wise, not very good. The open lobby faces a busy side road. However rooms are in a brilliant condition: bed is huge nd has a nice sofa/table. Bathroom is very nice as well.

This was a wonderful hotel and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Location is excellent for overnight connections.

Hotel is near airport (about 15 minutes). Good for overnight stay if you have to fly out next morning. Rooms are clean, spacious. Not a good a location if you want to go out at night near hotel.

Fantastic hotel, super clean and well kept. We only stayed 1 night, but we will certainly stay there next time in Bangkok
