it is inddeed a pity that even after payinf a high sum we were not afforded a free breakfast all other hotels offer even at a fraction of the codt charged by you. even for a steam you wanted to charge. i guess for me ,it was not value for money

We could have a very pleasant time at the hotel. The room was clean but not so wide, but the garden was so spacious and beautiful. AT the front of the spacious garden, there was very beautiful private beach. So we could enjoy in the garden, the beach and the swimming pool. The small elephant, RARA, was so cute, and we could play with him twice a day. The people at the hotel were so kind and always smiling. We could have an afternoon tea service every day because we booked Premium Ocean Facing Room.
Around the hotel there were some very small shops and restaurants. We could have some food there.
So we could have a very good vacation at the hotel.
My sons says that he wants to stay at Sheraton again.

Bathtub was a bit old and had some stains on it. Furthermore I think the slippers provided in the rooms should not be plastic..

Great service and friendliness - even when plumbing went wrong in room, staff dealt quickly with it and found alternative room. A couple of gripes. Hotel facilities, especially food and drink, was greatly over-priced even by Sheraton standards. Many of the staff also spoke very poor English.

Excellent hotel but i was a little disappointed with the pool as it is a little bit small for a 5 star hotel and also it does not have a jacuzzi. However i was told that the hotel is undergoing some renovations with a new pool. Spa and in house dining charges are a little on the high side
