The location of the hotel is excellent. and the atmospher was very nice.
I have only one comment that worth mentioning. The cleanness of the room was not a reflection of 5 stars hotel.

An excellent landscape and location. The design of the public area is beautiful, but surprisingly not the room which was rather bland considering it was recently renovated. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Though we book online for an off-season offer, we still found it was expensive.

The Spa facility is excellent. The service provided makes me feel confortable. I like the landscape of the hotel very much.

The hotel, room, pool and facilities were quite impressive but that can be expected from the amount that goes with it. We stayed at the Sheraton in Langkawi just before we stayed in this hotel and the service there is far better. The guys at the recreation team and the "massage" guys though were very friendly , efficient and attentive. They always wear a smile, greet guests and they initiate conversation which we truly appreciate. I wish that the ladies in the reception area would be the same. As for the food , we had dinner and breakfast at the Spice and it was nothing extraordinary. The breakfast menu was a bit disappointing because some of the selections seems like leftovers from the dinner of the previous night.
