Shangri-La Hotel is a fantastic place when it comes to atmosphere. The room service is such that you always feel comfortable and thought of.

You should have told that there is repair work going on. Just happened to be outside my room. On daytime it was very noisy.

The hotel is good. a little pricey for a hotel under renovation. Was quite noisy. Asked for a panadol to help with my headache and was told there was none available. Directed me to the hotel convenience store. Was unavailable and was directed to a gas station about 200m away.

Excellent location, amazing breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. The rooms could use a bit of a facelift though, and the noise from the construction works was sometimes intolerable.
