This hotel is above average rooms with reliable maid service and a well above average breakfast buffett included every morning until 1030. There is a 2,000 baht fee for a guest that is not mentioned until you check in. Internet room has 2 computers that are by the hour that are very cheap price. The pool is nice and the pool bar was great. Taxis are hard to get at the end of the beach, especially early in the morning, they will overcharge you because they know you are short on time. I like the hotel, but wish it was closer to the main attractions. It is quiet and clean, would recommend to honeymooners and people who will stay at the hotel more than out in town. They did have construction on the wing of rooms across from all the rooms being occupied but only had noise during the day time. Overall the hotel was a 8 of 10 and would stay there again only with a significant other.

My kids love the hotel, nice pool, good breakfast. We took dinner twice in the restruarant, food is nice but a little more pricely than other restaurants.
I just quite upset to find small crocroaches in my room and bathroom, other than that room is fine.

On arrival we got a room 221 facing a canal and a bridge. It was a constant smell from sewer located in front of the balcony. We asked for another room and got a nice room with poolview without extra charge. The service in the restaurant is excellent. The receptionists are friendly, but speak poor English. This led to a huge misunderstanding when we wanted to extend our stay. Recommend calling to your travel agent and ask them to arrange your extra stay.

I found the hotel very clean extremely friendly staff,and the location was great close enough to walk into the centre but far enough away to be quiet.

Great value for money and excellent location - walking distance to town but far enough away from the noise and crowd. Very friendly staff and good food at hotel restaurant. Will stay again.

I was given a free room upgrade which is always nice. The room however seemed a bit damp, made the bed feel slighty strange. The swimming pool is lovely and the beach just across the road. Would have been nice if more of the gym equipment was working.
