Very disappointing. Booked for two nights but checked out after the first night, foregoing a paid night. Room near road and noisy. Ugly hotel. I moved down the road to a much better place for a similar price - first bungalows

hotel rooms and amenities were excellent with good location on check out we got ripped off by the porter who ordered us a taxi to the airport for agreed price but after a mileor so asked for more when we refused he would not go any further and we had a lot of hassle making our flight on time due to being stranded in a remote area so beware pre book taxi elsewhere..

stayed in seaview room, which didnt really have a sea view. room was nice and clean and very spacious. reception staff not overly nice, not very welcoming. air conditioning in room not more than jst a fan. woudl stil recomend, had a nice stay.

We were booked into standard bungalow, which was rather small for a long stay, so upgraded to a room in the hotel which was massive. There was no problem with moving and the staff were very helpful and moved us very quickly.
I was not looking forward to my stay because some of the reviews I read were not very good, but I found the staff and location very good and the hotel value for money.

A good hotel, close to the beach with a helpful staff. The breakfast was superb. Prices reasonable. Close to shops and also the nightlife even if the south part of Chaweng beach is not so busy as the north part

Excellent services and location; nice room!!, although "seaview" was indirect - had to step out the door and look left - but just steps away from the beachside pool and Chaweng Beach below! Great breakfast buffet included, seaside!

Three star hotel that gives you god value for the money. Rooms with seaview in the main building on 2nd floor is large and gives the comfort you need. Although the the palms and bungalows in front block most of the seaview.
The restaurant has a very good kitchen but we were suprised by the absence of vegetables at the breakfast buffet.
