Hotel and service staff were friendly and helpful. But I must say that the picture of the hotel did not match my expectation but it was OK given that the surroundings were so crowded.

services are terrible, if my alarm clock failed they would wake me up 1 hour late,
i would miss my flight, breakfast service is very poor, ....

this hotel/guesthouse is perfectly located for khaosan road ( 30 seconds walk) but without the noise, the restaurant does very nice food and the added touch of nightly movies is very nice too. Pricewise this is very reasonable i have stayed here 4 times now and will continue to stay here whenever i am in bangkok.

This is very cheap hotel and place perfect to see bangkok.
You are not in room more than sleep anyway, so please take this hotel save money on budghet

the staff were largely friendly and helpful, but the area is incredibly noisy and the TV blared out from the restaurant all day.
The worst thing though was the smell of sewerage on the stairs which got worse as the day went on and the lower down you were. As the lobby and restaurant are close to the stairwell this was very off-putting!
They do an excellent omelette at breakfast though!

Its pretty standard for what you are paying. For the same amount i recommend you go to D&D next door for best value for money.
