Great view, friendly services, but food quality could be much improved, and there are just too many ants and insects everywhere...

It was a very relaxing hotel, the view from our room was amazing. The pool was fantastic. The only problem we encounted was the language barrier. We tried to order room service a couple of times, but the staff couldnt understand us, so they had to come to our room...and with that many stairs for them to climb we felt awful. The things we did order from room service was out of stock, which annoyed us a little.
The only thing I would warn anyone about would be the stairs. There are a million stairs. We felt sorry for the staff that had to bring our luggage up the stairs the day we cheked out, it was so hot. We only stayed 2 days, but i tell you my calfs got a fair work out.
All in all a great place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room had amazing views and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The food is fantastic and I would stay there again just for their sandwiches

We were not too impressed with this hotel. The room looked nice on first impression, but had plenty of ants in the bathroom and even a cockroach. Toilet paper was missing upon arrival. Two girls from the hotel staff had a knife-fight in the restaurant when we had breakfast (very weired experience...) However, the male staff did a good job and was very friendly. The hotel had no proper beach.

It is very expansive for what it is. The hotel has a bad location, very difficult to communicate with villages. They is no beach at the resort. They are 150 steps to climb to go to reception. It is something you can accept in a cheap hotel, but not in a supposed *****resort.

Really lovely pool and room. Well located - far away from Chaweng to get peace and quiet but close enough to have all the fun of the town. Lots of stairs to get to the reception but very efficient and friendly buggy service can be used.
