An all round good hotel which enjoys an excellent location close by to all the shopping and amenities. We arrived late at noght and was promptly attended to and upgraded from a Junior suite to a suite room which was spacious. Free wireless throughout the hotel is a definate plus point. Rooms are well designed and laid out and has a nice boutique feel to it. Bathroom well equipped with toiletries (razors, toothbrushes etc). However, a few negatives include the toilets that tend to get stuck requiring plumbing assistance (possibly due to the design). The rain shower is a little weak and the water usually comes out really hot as the mixing is not ideal for some strange reason.

Clean & comfortable boutique hotel .... feel quiet, relaxed ! Near Asok BTS station, very convenience !

My stay at the hotel was generally good but could be better if the hotel was able to do a proper guests management instead of having to check in at one hotel and asked to move to another nearby hotel and the next day moved back to the original hotel. It is very inconvenient and time consuming. The next thing i felt lacking was the facilities in the room. The rain shower was not working and we had to request for the technician to come over twice to fix the problem. And i do not expect this because the very reason that we had to change hotel was due to room maintenance and when we moved back to the hotel, the rooms are not in the top condition, even though the hotel did upgrade our room from Deluxe to Junior Suite. All the staffs are helpful but initiative level was low. I do not see myself going back to this hotel or even this chain of hotels.

Hv always enjoyed my stay there and the staff are friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast spread are also pretty good though not many choices.

Nice hotel and good location.
Only complaint would be the cloths cabinet is too small.

Hotel was excellent in general. Food selection is not that great however, and the other thing i would add is that the music in the corridor is played way to loud in the morning - to the point where i thought someone had their door open across the hallway and the music was coming from their TV.
