Last Sept. 2007, a friend invited me to visit your country and golf outing, and made reservation at your hotel.. From the morning I walked in, checked into the grand lobby with music playing, I new it was going to be a great time, my first time ever visiting Thailand, as well as the great city of Phuket... And from the that day made a pat that I would visit again every chance I get, and will make my reservation at no other hotel but Royal Phuket City Hotel, if not just continue to contact till there are openings...

slow service, concierge not helpful, staff not knowledgeable, no broadband or wi-fi in the room

An adequate hotel with great staff and breakfast in a handy location. Rooms need updating and air con not very effective but very good price compensates.

The warm welcome was second to none and the ladies are so helpful. Any time i needed help they were there and went further than needed to help. The reception is run very well
