I arrived quite late in the evening and it appeared that the staff could not be bothered. No one offered to take our luggage and we had to wait for staff to open the doors. The check in process took a long time. The room was nice but there was no provision of toothbrush and toothpaste which I thought odd for a five star hotel. The facilities were good and the garden pool was very pleasant and the staff very attentive.

The sea view from floor 22 was great. Good pool area and helpful staff overall.
I will stay there again!

Well positioned hotel with excellent facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Next door to River City so easy access to cruises and boat trips. Good restaurants and lovely pool facilities. Will stay again when in Bangkok.

Good service as it should be in a five star hotel. Good location next Chao Praya river. Very Nice view to the river (From all the rooms, I presume) Good food. Air is better next to river than in a city centre. There was a nice breeze from the river, not so hot than in a city centre. Hotel is a probably a bit old, room decorations looked a bit that (fitted carpet etc...). Some renevation might be a good thing to do some day. Any way, I liked, generally I give a good grade.

Nice hotel, great location, excellent staff. Everyone - especially the concierges were very friendly and helpful.

Did got an "old" room, maybe thats why its cheaper to book on latedays, its was my first time.

I booked "with ABF" however they claimed me for breakfast. And also I paied deposit but they claimed all payment again.

Tras realizar el check out permiten la estancia en las instalacions del hotel, ubicacion junto al rio perfecta para el transporte con bus fluvial, embarcadero propio permite facil acceso al sky line y centros comerciales

VERY GOOD HOTEL WITH FAIR FACILITIES AND SERVICES. BE CAREFUL FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PACKAGE DETAILS, AS IN MOST HOTELS IN ASIA YOU MUST CROSSCHECK ANYTHING, SINCE THEY HAVE THE TENDENCY TO "FORGET" WHAT UR PACKAGE MIGHT INCLUDE. THE VIEW FROM THE TOWERS IS VERY NICE, WE DID NOT LIKE AT ALL THE BATHROOM, VERY POOR. INTERNET SERVICE ONLY TO TOWERS AND ONLY 1 HOUR FREE PER DAY, VERY POOR, ESPECIALLY FOR A BUSINESS TRIP. BOAT SERVICES TO THE SKY TRAIN VERY HELPFUL. THEIR BEST IS THEIR CONCIERGE AND THE GYM. THEY NEED A LOT OF JOB TO THE ROOM FACILITIES.

The location is great, and the view of the river is great. All the facilities are nice and in good condition. The rooms, however, appear a bit worn. If I want to stay by the river again, I will try another hotel.
