The building is somewhat dated but the rooms we had were quite newly renovated and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent Thai restaurant right on the riverfront under the apartments which is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel literature despite being famous amongst local bangkokians - perhaps they want to keep it for themselves!?
Not very convenient if you need to get taxis into the city in the evening as its part of the complicated one-way system

this hotel is on the riverside and compare to others hotels in BKK on the riverside, it is the most cheapest with a same quality

Great hotel - but very out of the way. Had trouble getting taxis to the hotel. I would recommend staying closer to the city.

We booked two rooms and got a whole apartment! Staff assisted with all our requests and the children really loved the burgers they ordered via room service.

Very nice hotel byt very far from the city and with poor outdoor facilities.
