Good location, in the middle of main street Soi Bangla Square. Lots of restaurants around that area, near to patong beach just 3 mins walks. Easy to get transportation, motobike rental and tours agents. The room is clean and nice, the hot shower got problem, sometimes hot sometimes cold. And also no kettle, hot water, and coffee/tea provided. Some scary picture in the room.

Its value for money, service is excellent. Hotel is clean, room is reasonably spacious and excellent location. Though not next to the beach, however, it is very convenient. I will definitly go back to Ricos again the next time I am in Phuket.

The location is very good, near the beach and on the Bangla Street. Meanwhile, the hotel is very quiet. Though small, but very well equipped. I love the rooms and the deco of it. Plus, the price is quite good.

Truly excellent resort for the price. Great and friendly atmosphere. Very courteous staff was ready and willing to assist me with all my needs while staying there.

perfect place to retreat to after a hot day on the beach, with very comfortable beds and great air con. surprisingly very quiet (being right on bangla road) with friendly staff and FREE INTERNET! only downer was the slighly leaky toilet which was managed with a grubby towell wrapped around its base.

Very good location, right smack in the middle of Bangla Rd, the most happening place at night. Very near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very very convenient I must say. Very friendly and polite staff, room is nice, even dvd player is included in deluxe room. I have stayed in 3 hotels in Patong, and I must say this is the best. 3 thumbs up!!!!
