For the amount of money that you paid - the service and facitlities of this hotel is one of the worst 5 star hotel that I stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone traveller.

This hotel was very clean and the room we stayed in very spacious. The service was great and the location perfect.

The deluxe room that we booked is large. However, we had problems regulating the air-conditioning in the room. When we were checking in, there were a few people smoking at reception area, which I find very annoying. Check-in process was very slow.
