The rooms are clean and bathrooms come with a nice range of amenities such has Yuzu moisturiser, mouth wash, bath salts etc..... Breakfast at Summerfields cafe is not bad.

Everything works in this hotel. Nice subtle touches of orchids.Swimming pool kinda small though especially the baby pool.

Concierge very helpful in booking taxis and information for historic sites. Hotel lobby was modern and beautiful. Restaurants were very good (the Chinese Restaurant Long Feng espeically). Service was good, but little slow. Swimming Pool was good, but bit windy and cold on the 9th floor.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Food spread was good. Toilets at the lobby bot so clean and the room toilet smells of urine. Mattress needs to be changed too soft and it sink in the centre.

1. We were ready to check-in at 2pm. However, we were asked to wait for another hour for the room to be cleaned up. My first impression was rather disappointing.
2. On the following day, we left our room at around 9am and returned at around 3pm. To our surprise, the room was still in a messy state. Why do I have to remind the hotel to housekeep my room?
Honestly speaking, we are paying alot more for its brand name but the service sucks. In conclusion, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a very memorable experience! The hotel rooms were superb and the whole hotel looks magnificent. I think I would like to have a chance to stay in the hotel again. But the most exciting part was the buffet breakfast. wow! that was like the bomb! My children especially loved the pastries and omelettes. Thanx Renaissance Melaka Hotel for the pleasant and fulfilling stay!

No one to pick up the phone at the room service. Asked to send the foods to the room have to wait almost an hour and have to called 3 times. The water header also not functioning well. Very bad experiences staying at Renaissance Hotel, Malacca.
