Room was spacy and clean. I asked for a kingsize bed when I made the reservation but this was not available when I was in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was really great but costs 50 ringit extra :-(. Bathroom was not bad at all but could be better cleaned.

It is best to book drectly with the hotel, and avoid going through any other parties.

Hotel looks star quality from the outlook but the rooms are already pretty old.High time for renovation.Smoking rooms with corridor smell really bad.

It was a breathtaking sight and view from the Hotel room. The room furnishing and get up was impeccable. I was absolutely mesmerised by the internal view and outside view of the hotel room.
However feel that breakfast with a nominal charge can be included to make the guest feel more homoured and wanted as far as complimentary facilities/meals go. I have recommended my colleagues in Singapore and would love to visit this every time I am in Kualalumpur.

Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel is an excellent hotel that lives up to its reputation. Will definitely stay there again if the same apportunity arises.

Great location, friendly staff they all spoke perfect english, excellent manuals in the hotel about various points of interest and closest services...very well done

Fantastic Hotel particularly the view of Petronas from East wing is fabulous. The Gym and pool are also very good.

This is an excellent hotel , staff, facilities and service are all very good and the breackfast is outstanding. When I am back in KL I will stay here again.

Good food. Great price. Great location. Loved the buffets, and breakfasts. Lovely and quiet, good soundproofing. Very confortable beds and comfortable chairs. Friendly, efficient service. Would definitely stay again.
