Location! Location! Location! Beautiful setting and really excellent service from all hotel staff which made the stay so much more pleasurable. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. All round, a real treat.

This had to be the worst place to stay in Langkawi, we were on our honeymoon and greatly disappointed. The hotel is advertised as 5* but only 4* in Malaysia, it lacks trained English speaking staff. The beach was a joke, the swimming pool small and none of the one bedroom villas have a sea View which is advertised. The quality and variety of food was poor and was recycled every 2 days. They messed up excursions, the rooms were dusty and often the staff forgot to put in the towels or toiletries. They would re-cycle the bath robes from the laundry basket and put them back out to hang. They would only lightly broom the floors and during our 7 day stay we never saw them clean the floors with a wet mop, disgusting. There was dirt behind the side tables and furniture and even when we complained about all of the above it was still not done properly. I would say this resort definitely ruined our trip.

Fantastic facility with great location to relax and get away from the daily routine. Great staff. Very efficient and helpful. Will surely go back if happen to be in Langkawi and the number one place to recommend for stay in Langkawi.

The hotel is on a private island and thus away from the crowd. We were on our honeymoon and had a fabulous time. The location of the hotel is amazing and the service is really good too.
