Great = location, rooms, pool area, buildings.
Ok = Service in general was ok but NOT four/five star. Staff seems unexperienced and english knowledge is poor.
Bad = gym
Horrible = Breakfast, lunch, dinner (I had better food on the street in Bangkok). We had to take a taxi to Pimalay and Saladan to eat. Should not be this way on a five star resort.
