Very clean, tidy, spacious hotel rooms. Very obliging staff. We were welcomed with drinks etc while the staff completed paper work and took our luggage to our room. Location not great, although on the river, but fortunately the hotel provides a shuttle to Saphan Taksin pier.

The hotel was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. The situatin on the river was great and allowed us to easily travel to the various tourist attractions. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We would certainly stay there again

I had to wait couple of days for the instant confirmation. Hotel was nice even if old. Clean. Management very professional and helpful. Breakfast was the best I ever had.

Location was poor. "Superior" room was small, upgrade to bigger room, room was smelly and lighting system impossible to work out! Staff very polite and helpful.

was very impresses, hotel facilities and staff were excellent, views were fantastic. Cost was good in comparison to other hotels but extras such as laundry, massage and drinks were overly expensive. We arrived in Bangkok and spent one night in a budget hotel that was unsatisfactory - we needed to book somewhere before our am checkout time and could do so quickly and easily
