Checking in at the end of the high season, I felt the staff were a little over the tourists. Several requests we made were forgotten or not followed through. The theme rooms were lovely (but mind the dark stairs on the princess room, our daughter tripped down them). The child carers were pleasant and we had a very good babysitter. The restaurant lives up to its logo.... Children will love the theme rooms but I was a little disappointed, especially at the lack of interest from the staff in being of assistance.

A very nice hotel which is not very close to any action. The beach is not easy to walk to. Rooms are great and staff very friendly.

The adventure suites are very cool! My kids loved it! The kids club was also very good and well organized. My kids really enjoyed themselves.

Our family loved the holiday in the Ramada in Phuket, in fact though we booked for 2 nights we stayed for 7. Past reviews were not great for the hotel so I was a bit concerned, but it suited us down to the ground - facilities were perfect for the kids - aged 7, 2 and 1 - low key, friendly and adequate, our eldest was busy when ever he was not sleeping or eating and his small siblings enjoyed having so many fun distractions - the playroom, pool and friends to play with. All 3 kids loved the underwater world that they stayed in, and no the fish tanks were not noisy. The 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach was no problem, and the beach was nice with some good beach cafes at the far end of the beach where the kids could play safely and enjoy chasing crabs and watching the monkey whilst mum and dad relaxed. Joe cools resturant was good fun for all and well set up to accomadate families with small kids - the kids loved band nights. What made the holiday for us was the friendliness of the staff at the hotel, I would certainly recommend this to other families.

The Kids Club was excellent! They had lots of activities for the older kids, (up to about 8) and they took great care of my toddler.

The hotel facilites mainly cater for family with kids, and it is really live up to its purpose. THe sliding swimming pool is really superb for kid and adult as well. However, the breakfast is a big letdown.

Not children friendly enough for a family resort.
