room was clean and spacious. chambermaid friendly and polite. breakfast excellence with good choices. staff helpful and courteous. location ideal for shopping not too busy and noisy. would come back again in future.

Fantastic value for money! Friendly people in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Sukhumvit. Nice rooms with a special Striclty Non-Smokers floor. Nice pool with almost whole day sun to enjoy! One of the better places to stay in Bangkok!

Best value for this grade of hotel, got all we need, nice clean room w/ good breakfast plus free Wi-Fi - best value.
Location not close to Skytrain, but still very convenience.

Htel services are ok. Need to remind patrons on the security aspect of their trip as there are plenty of taxi drivers outside awaiting who offer cheap fares but with hidden alternatives ( bring you to gem factories, tailor shops) with reason that they are sponsors of the taxi company and by we going there, it will allow them to have discount on petrol. so beware.

Generally good place to stay except a little out from Skytrain stations. friendly service except one occasion where the front office give contradicting advice, i.e one says no problem in getting a taxi to Airport before dawn while another says not able to promise unless we use the hotel taxi. This is not truthful because the actual situation is no problem in getting a taxi at all.
