This was a great stay. The hotel and locations are splendid. The staff is very nice and always readdy to help - even though sometimes they are obviously slightly "lost" but that adds a lot charm to the whole affair. We will certainly come back.

Great location, friendly staff, Railay Beach is big enough to offer choice of restaurants, bars, beaches activities etc but not swamped by visiting boats like Phi Phi Don. Love the free wireless internet in the restaurant.

Customers need to be aware that depending on their arrival time at krabi this resort can be very hard to get to due to availability and running schedule of longboats. Customers also need to be told to dress appropriately (very casual, shorts and sandals due trek through water and ride in long boat), if it rains you will get wet.

Pool and Restaurant are in excellent locations and the views are sensational. We asked to move rooms when we first arrived as our "privacy cottage" was overlooked by at least 5 balconies from neighbouring rooms. The staff were very accomodating with this and showed us two other rooms and quickly ensured the new room was cleaned. The outdoor spa was sensational.

the boss-woman at the SPA was NOT so friendly and serviceminded. And it was not only me who did complained about her.
The fresh fruit and the vegetables were great!! Good food! Very clean dining-area. Good service from the staff! We recommend privat cottage..

I was annoyed that it was so hard to get a game of volleyball. The Thai players were rude,unfriendly and did not welcome outsiders.I am an excellent player and could hold my own on court. I know they had a tournament coming up but that should not mean that guests have to be kicked off the court and excluded for hours on end.

Great location with brilliant beach and great escape from the world. But being cut-off also means less choices in terms of food. The pools are great and the service is awesome. always helpful. Our room could have been better but considering the price it was ok.

The service staff was great. Although there wasn't room service available, the restaurant staff gladly sent our food to the room at night. Could have been better if the room has a telephone for greater convenience.
