The service of the hotel staff was generally good despite the poor command of english. The only setback of the hotel would be the design of bathroom door for garden cottage, which is too low and inconvenient for guests who are over 170cm. We had to be extremely careful while entering and exiting the bathroom or it would be quite easy to get our heads knocked against the door frame.

Absolutely fantastic location, we chose the beachfront suite which was right in front of the pool, ideal for watching kids etc. Wonderful service and people. Definitely will be back and would choose the same suite.

Fabulous Resort in an amazing location, highly recommend it!!! We had a beachfront room which was gorgeous, everything was spotless, the daily cleaning was outstanding, staff were helpful & obliging. The food at their Restaurant was so good (& reasonably priced) that we finished up eating there most of the 6 days we stayed but there are plenty of choices around so you are not restricted to just the resort.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly.
Breakfast was good. Swimming pools excellent. Location excellent.
Internet facilities expensive and very slow.

I stayed at Superior Cottage for one night which was the worst room I have ever stayed. The location of the hotel is good however I will definitely not come to this hotel again.

probably the best overall hotel in Railey Bay. (but I did have the best bungalow)
