The location is very convenient and is accessible to shopping mall n chinatown.
Regret wiith the staff which are very slow and not very helpful with informations.
Breakfast is quite expansive with not much variety of food.

I have to wait for more than 3 hours to have the kettle changed beccause no one seemed to take ownership of the task.

THE HOTEL WEBSITE MENTIONS ABOUT THE PREMIER ROOM FACILITIES WHICH ARE ONLY PARTAILLY TRUE
1) EXPRESS CHECK IN - I HAD TO WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES
2) COMPLIMENTARY FRUITS AND MINERAL WATER DAILY - GIVEN ONLY ONCE AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN
3) 24 HRS TEA/COFFEE/JUICE - ONLY TRA / COFFE MAKER IS PROVIDED IN THE ROOM. NO JUICE.
4) EVENING FREE COCKTAILS AND ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AT LOUNGE - THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY COCKTAILS ETC. ONLY TEA /COFFE AND 2 SNACKS BETWEEN 5 TO 7 ONLY. NOT 6 TO 8 AS PER WEBSITE

Supposed to provide internet connection to Premium Rooms but none at all. No wireless connection anywhere in the hotel and can only use hotel PC for logging in.

We are satisfied with these hotels. Definitely, we will recommend our well-wishers in future. Kindly update me, if there are special offers araise in future. Even you shall recommend us other hotels as well!

We left the room for sight seeing, back at 3 pm.. our room had not yet cleaned? Asked reception for quick service or changed us the room.. After 15 mins, hear nothing from reception.. Called down again.. got answer like; our mate is on the way.. dont know how long will he come and clean?? Was so angry for that.. Asked for changing new room.. it was impossible to do that so?? Felt like that we were in a jail.. not hotel room. And breakfast was very very bad.. little choices to eat.. Never get back there again.. First time to stay in Malaysian Hotel.. might the same as others.. Malay people cannot do the service business..

Sadly, i notice this hotel is on a decline since i first stayed in 2003. They currently have problems with their room key entry system that is causing inconvenience to guests. This has been a problem since Jan, when i last stayed at this hotel. This hotel advertises a health centre, but its only a swimming pool. A small gym was expected.
