Room and furniture very old and wall also dirty. Receptionist service very pool.

The room smelt bad and even though it was a non-smoking floor there are ashtrays on the floor and smell of lingering smoke. The room has eveidence of mould in the bathroom, waterarked mirrors and dir on both sides of the door. The internet is charged at 15rm per hour, with no daily fee. Lastly even though we checked that smoking was not allowed at the breakfast area, and the rceptionist said, of course not, there were ashtrays on the table and people smoking whilst children were sitting next door to them. The hotel over the last 5 years has sadly lost its way,the breakfast is half what it used to be and the staff we not as helpful as they had been. We would not stay here again or recommend the premier status as a room.

Hotel is Big but Pretty ordinary. However best part was that we were allowed early check in on request. But Hotel requires maintenance. Bathroom was leaking and cleaniliness was not uto standard. Otherwise Rooms are quite big and reception service was good.

Radius International is well situated to the hustle and bustle of bukit bintang shopping and entertainment area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money

Improve by providing more facilities such as fridge, tv channel e.g Astro and providing better furniture and bathroomware.

Good value for money. Check in and out took very long as the hotel is busy, and front desk staff could have been more helpful and friendlier. On the whole I had a positive experience. I would stay there again.

My room given were not so good expected as the wardrobe without door,no
safe-box but with small fridge.I was dissapointed as the window curtain is dusty in which my son got rashes his whole body.Iron & Iron-board should be included in every guests rooms.
