The room is relatively large with 2 double beds. The hotel is located close to shopping complexes and shopping areas. It is also easy to get to other places in KL. The hotel has a good breakfast spread. Only 2 problems, one is that the room was not ready even when I arrived much later (about 3.45pm) than 2pm check-in time and the room, especially the carpet smells of cigarette smoke. Even when I got home, my clothes/towel which dropped on the carpet still have the cigarette odor.

The hotel should control the guests when breakfast time. All the guests just enter the cafe and the problem arise when comes to sitting. I hard a hardtime when other guests rushing for food! The chefs & waiters/waitress rushing to cater for the guests. I heard sigh from them. Suggest that the hotel should have a system.Once guest in the cafe finished their breakfast, the waiter should clean up & when reception gets a green light from the waiter, then the guest can comes in. In this way, things will be smooth.
