This was a great way to wind down from a hectic vacation. The resort is absolutely beautiful with a quiet, peaceful feel and a wonderful pool. Our villa was unique and we definitely felt we were in Thailand and not at a chain hotel. We even had our own small pool in a very private courtyard.
The breakfasts were plentiful and appealing with lots of fresh fruit and choices. The only drawback was the slow and confusing dinner service. The resort lives up to its name of "privacy" --- it is remote, quiet and private. The beach is located right across an easily crossed road and despite the infrequent traffic, the resort provides two men to assist with crossing. If you try to move a lounge chair yourself, someone from the resort comes running to move it for you. We enjoyed a Thai massage at the spa and found that experience very delightful.
Know before you go that this resort is located 45 minutes from Hua Hin, that it is very quiet (no night clubs nearby, etc.). We stayed for four nights and never once took the shuttle into town. The peacefulness of the resort fit our needs perfectly. Bikes are available and no charge and motorbike are available for a low daily or hourly rate.
