Bungalow rooms pretty basic, but very clean and air conditioned with lots of hot water. That was all we really needed, but could have used more hangers, more drawer space, and nicer deck furniture. For us, this was a perfect location! Kamala is lots quieter than Patong, but has plenty of restaurants. Hotel was close to the restaurants without being on top of them, far enough away from the road for peace and quiet, and just across the road to the beach. Wonderful hotel pool, food and drinks always available but swim up bar nothing exceptional. Staff all really nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast in restaurant certainly adequate but got a bit monotonous. The singer in the hotel restaurant was the reason we ate elsewhere every evening! Would definitely recommend for the location, staff and pool.

The Hotel is really nice. The service was good, the staff really helpful and friendly.
The only drawback is the beach. Did not like it but to be honest has nothing to do with the hotel.

The Print Kamala Resort is getting a little "tired". The bungalow rooms in particular, are disappointing, looking far better on the web than reality. Additionally, there are too many unpleasant smells around the hotel, even in the nicer deluxe rooms. What makes it all bearable is the outstanding service of the staff - their friendly attitude is exceptional and allows you to overlook the failings of the hotel.

This hotel has great location. We booked for superior bungalow, but had a few problems with hot water and aircond, so we were immediately upgraded to deluxe rooms, which were very nice. Staff were always ready to help with any queries. Pool is great. Very child friendly.

Only negative comment is about the water from the tap. It was slightly brownish. Other than that, everything was great. You really felt like you were in the middle of the jungle & yet at the same time, just across the road from the beach.
